2. Notice at Collection
This notice describes the categories of information collected through our services and website, their purposes, recipients, and retention criteria. Some categories arise only when you use a particular feature or provide the information. We collect information directly from you, automatically through website technologies, and from providers supporting our communications, analytics, advertising, and services.
Contact and identifier information
Names, email addresses, mailing and service addresses, company/contact details, customer identifiers, and non-SMS phone numbers help us respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule work, and administer customer relationships. Website and customer-management providers may process these details on our behalf. Online identifiers and non-SMS contact information may also be processed by analytics and advertising providers as explained in sections 5 and 6. SMS mobile numbers and consent are governed separately below.
Commercial and service information
Estimate requests, property/service details, project and purchase history, billing or shipping information, order identifiers, subscriptions, and payment-related information provided in connection with a transaction are used to deliver services, maintain records, and support customers. Relevant information may be processed by our website, customer-management, communications, reporting, and transaction providers. Any advertising use excludes the protected SMS information described below.
Website activity and device information
IP addresses, browser and device details, cookie and advertising identifiers, referring pages, browsing/search activity on our services, page views, clicks, scrolling, session duration, and interaction or diagnostic events support website operation, measurement, troubleshooting, and advertising. Website, analytics, session-recording, and advertising providers may receive this information subject to your choices.
Location information
Service addresses, ZIP codes, city/state/country, and location information associated with your device or website activity help us identify service areas, plan requested work, and analyze traffic. Website, analytics, and service providers may process relevant location data.
Communications and visual or audio information
Inquiry contents, emails, text conversations, screenshots or images you supply, and call recordings where recording is enabled are used for customer service, documentation, and communications management. Communications and storage providers process these records for those purposes. SMS contents and consent evidence are excluded from advertising sale, sharing, and targeting.
Profile information and inferences
Information supplied through relevant forms or integrations can include company, profession/workplace, language, date of birth, and gender. Website activity may also be used to infer interests or service needs. These details support the applicable form or service, reporting, and permitted audience analysis. We do not use SMS opt-in data or consent for third-party audience targeting.
SMS information and consent records
This category includes your SMS mobile number, opt-in choice and supporting record, messaging preferences, text contents, and delivery or opt-out records. We use it to document permission, deliver requested service communications, respond to you, and honor messaging choices. Our messaging and related service providers process it only as necessary to support those functions. This category is not sold, shared for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used for third-party targeted advertising.
Sensitive information
Payment-related information and private message contents can be sensitive personal information under applicable law. We use them to provide the requested transaction or communication, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Other sensitive information is handled according to applicable consent or limitation requirements. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive information in ordinary website inquiries or texts.
Advertising disclosures and SMS exclusion
Non-SMS online identifiers, browsing/activity information, location, and relevant commercial/profile information may be disclosed to analytics and advertising providers. Depending on the law and configuration, these disclosures can constitute a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising even without a money payment. You may exercise the choices described in section 8. SMS information is excluded from these advertising activities.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Retention for each category depends on the purpose, customer relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties, dispute needs, and your privacy choices, as described in section 7. Cookie lifetimes are addressed in our Cookie Policy. The SMS restrictions apply throughout this policy and prevail over any broader category or provider description.
3. SMS privacy and consent
Customers opt in to receive text messages from Pinnacle Structural Services by entering their mobile number and selecting a separate SMS Consent checkbox on our website contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. You can submit an estimate request without agreeing to texts. Providing a phone number or requesting an estimate alone does not enroll you in our SMS program.
With your consent, we use your mobile number and related information to communicate about your estimate request, inspection, appointment scheduling, and related services. This SMS program is for service communications and does not include promotional or marketing texts. We do not treat service-message consent as permission for a future marketing program.
We use HubSpot to manage customer contacts and our SMS program. Your mobile number and SMS subscription information are associated with your customer contact record in HubSpot. We retain supporting evidence of your consent, including the form source, date and time, and the disclosure accepted, in. We use these records to establish permission, manage eligible recipients, deliver and respond to service messages, and honor opt-outs.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell SMS mobile numbers, message contents, opt-in data, or consent. We do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising or use them for third-party targeted advertising.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Our SMS platform, messaging aggregators, carriers, and providers involved in delivering and administering text messages may process the information needed for that service. They are not authorized by us to use SMS opt-in information or consent for their own marketing. These restrictions also apply when information is included in broader contact or customer records.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] or (720) 966-2106. After an opt-out, we may retain records needed to document your choice, prevent further messages, and meet legal obligations. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of submitting an estimate request.

Use Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices on our website to manage available categories and advertising choices. Where consent is required, optional technologies operate only after the relevant consent. You can change your selection later. Accepting cookies does not opt you into SMS, and SMS consent does not grant advertising-cookie consent.
7. Storage security and retention
We process information in our business systems and with the providers described above. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to restrict unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. Access is limited to people and providers who need information for their work. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Where applicable, Minnesota and Maryland residents may request information about specific recipients. Applicable profiling rights may include reviewing the data used, questioning the result, receiving an explanation and information about potential changes to the outcome, correcting inaccurate data, and requesting reevaluation. Maryland sensitive information is processed only as permitted under its stricter necessity limitations. These rights do not mean that every listed activity occurs at Pinnacle.
Privacy requests and policy updates
How to submit a request
Email [email protected], call (720) 202-7015, or write to the address in section 1. Tell us the right you wish to exercise and enough information to locate your records. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted; we may require proof of authorization and appropriate identity verification.
For requests requiring verification, we use reasonable information to confirm identity and protect your records. Information collected for verification is used for that purpose and retained only as needed. You do not need to create an account to submit a privacy request. A parent or guardian may contact us about information relating to a child under their authority.
We respond within the time required by applicable law, explain permitted extensions or denials, and charge a fee only where the law allows. If you wish to appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Appeal and identify the request. We will review and respond within the applicable deadline and explain any available regulator complaint route.
Sale sharing and targeted advertising choices
Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Your Privacy Choices control on our website, or contact us, to exercise applicable advertising opt-outs. We recognize supported Global Privacy Control signals as applicable opt-out requests for sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. A browser-based preference generally applies to that browser or device; contact us for requests involving identified records.
You do not need to opt out of the sale or advertising sharing of SMS data: we do not engage in those activities with your SMS mobile number, text contents, opt-in record, or consent. To stop receiving texts, reply STOP or contact our support address. Cookie choices and text-message preferences are separate.
Other websites and services
Our website may link to services we do not operate. Their practices are described in their own notices. Our use of providers and disclosures remains subject to this policy and your applicable rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or practices change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice and request new consent where required before using information for materially different purposes.
Meaning of sale and sharing
Some privacy laws define a sale broadly to include transfers for valuable consideration, not only cash payments. Sharing may refer specifically to cross-context behavioral advertising. Processing by a contracted service provider for the business’s authorized purposes can be treated differently. The SMS protections in this policy exclude protected SMS information from advertising sale, sharing, and targeting regardless of how other website-data categories are classified.
